Workshops and events sponsored by Yin Revolution focus on health, safety and wellness for women and girls. The material is rooted in Wing Chun martial art principles and incorporates other striking and weapons systems.

There is no age restriction to attend, but waivers are required of all participants. Parents must accompany children under 9 years old.
